If you are unsatisfied with any of our products you may return it in brand new unused condition in the original packaging and be refunded the full product price minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for 60 days from the date of purchase. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Softball Baseball World. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will only be billed upon shipment of your order. |
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Softball Baseball World accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received so please contact us prior mailing in payment to check availability. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time: All products will ship in 1-3 business days from the date of the order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are only a estimate and may change depending on the location. We will contact you if a cost change has to be made. Any product that is refused by the customer will be responsible for shipping to the destination and return shipping to us Softball Baseball World.
We do not operate Fedex, UPS, USPS, or any freight company and cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International Shipping
Yes folks we do ship intnernationally using UPS or USPS. Most international
UPS services are only Next Day Air so you will receive your products
very quickly. If you UPS does offer other shipping services we
will quote you all the other services offered by UPS and you can
make your choice of what method you want. Before ordering please

Us with the exact products you are wanting
to order and your exact shipping address including your country.
We will email you back with the shipping cost to get the products
to you. Products will only be delivered to the matching address
of the billing credit card. You must also fax us a copy of your
monthly credit card statment showing the exact same shipping address
as the credit card you are using. Please fax to 916-989-9071 and
also include your order number on the fax. Customer is responsible
for duties and taxes. Any international shipments that are refused
with charged for shipping to the customer and the return shipping
to Softball Baseball World.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Multiple Product Orders
We offer additional discounts for larger orders. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a
typographical error or error in pricing information received from
our suppliers, Softball Baseball World shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Softball Baseball World shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, Softball Baseball World
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price. We do apologize for any inconvenience
if this does occur. |
